I am a 40yr old mom, wife, grandma, who is currently down 18 lbs but I have 31 more to go.....that will put me at the high end of my healthy BMI,,not sure where I will go from there, but it seems to be a good starting point! Glad I found a 40's room , have a great day everyone :)

Not enough for MFP
So I have found that I have a REALLY hard time meeting my 1200 calorie goal for MFP. So...I am 9oz away from my first mini goal...and although I did great on food today I did not exercise at all! First time in a LONG time I didn't at least walk 3 miles...
