everything is squishy!

Hi every one....so...this is not the first time I have lost weight...but this time things are different. I've only lost18 lbs but everything is squishy now. Before when I would lose my fat was still pretty solid...even at the weight I am at now...must have something to do with age (I am 40). I know what I have to do to resolve this....strength and weights... And I am off to a good start with it...but my question is...how long until things start tighting up even just a little....im discusted with all this loose squishy stuff...

    Likely reason is lack of muscle tone, excess fat and excess skin. Lifting weights will help with muscle tone, but not always with skin retraction.

    I've gained and lost so many times I am sure its going to be a battle.... Muscle tone would be awesome...as far as the skin and fat I guess I will just have to work my *kitten* off and see how it turns out and go from there...had a c-section which in itself makes it hard (not impossible) to get back or create muscle in my stomach...I've seen some amazing women with amazing flat stomachs after c-section....but it takes a lot of hard work. I am not looking to be model thin or beach body tight but I don't want to look like a shar pei puppies either... Lol
