I've fallen ( off the wagon) and cant get up!
So my hubby came home for a week, and I completely fell off the wagon. I fell off the healthy wagon straight into a pile of bad food , bad decisions and immobility! Have no idea how much I have gained, I am sure some, but my cloths fit the same so I know this is just a minor set back, but I need to get back on it again…

same ol plateau
So i did awesome at getting the first 20 lbs off...now i am hovering at rite about 200. This is where my body says S T O P every time. I have dropped....30 40 even 80 lbs before, but my body always stops at 200....ONE time in my life i got down to 187 but it didnt last long. I really need to mix things up.....A LOT to get…

3 lbs a week
Hi guys, I have been at this hard and heavy for 5 weeks and have lost 15 lbs.....that's an average of 3lbs a week. What does everyone average per week in weight loss....feel like I could be doing better :(

So, yesterday was an EPIC-FAIL went to the DR. blood pressure 128/50 a bit on the low side, but the bad part about the visit is i have torn my mcl ....to what extent the damage is, i wont know until the MRI. but the reason for the re-boot is i way over ate yesterday!! question about calories burned?
Just a quick questions about tracking calories burned. Do any of you take into concideration the calories you burn, say at work through out the day....? I have heard of some people counting them, because really they are calories being taken off, and i have heard of others not counting them because its just a natural thing.…

Giving my fitness pal a shot
Hi everyone, I am pretty new here, thought i would give it a shot. I usually track and count calories, and so on, but tend to fall off the wagon after a 20-40 lb loss and gain it all back...again and again. so i thought I would maybe do better having a support system ( other than family) to try and keep me in check. :smile:
