How often does everyone take their measurements? I didn't take them at the beginning (20# ago) but I took them last Thursday....I was thinking every 2 wks but is that enough time to see a difference?

I would say once a month.

Useful frequency will be based on a number of factors, all of which will influence how often it will be valuable to measure.
If you are working with more to start, at a higher deficit, etc, then you might see a measurable difference every 1-2 weeks. If your starting leaner, with a lower deficit or even a surplus, it might not be valuable to measure more than once a month.
I would start out measuring weekly, same as i would recommend for recording weight. Then adjust appropriately after taking a months worth of readings. Find what works best for you, and then stick to a regular schedule and time.0 -
Yeahhhh....I'm going to do once a week just as a check in and record every 2 weeks and see how that goes0

First year every 6 weeks. Now 3 months. I can tell by my clothes that I've lost more inches but I want see the big change at 3 mo. Even at 6 weeks dome measurements would go down, some up, and some the same. Not terribly consistent and my trainer does the measuring.0
