If you have done it before you can do it again girl!:) This time just think why you failed and prevent it from happenining again. For me I have to enjoy the food I'm eating. I'm not going to force myself to eat something just because its healthy. I have learned to eat the healthy foods that I enjoy.

Congratulations on your weight loss! It sounds like you have hit a plateau if you would add strength training to your routine it would cut down the time you need to exercise and boost your metabolism:) You could find strength routines in fitness magazines and modify them to your ability.

Congratulations! That is absolutley amazing 47lbs! I suggest you start switching up your work outs. Adding intensity or even going to pick up a fitness magazine and follow a work out from there.
