I had the same problem. I was not eating enough and my body went into slight starvation mode. Take a look at other peoples food diary's. It really gives an insight as to how much you should be eating! I was the same weight for 2 weeks in a row and did everything right :angry: Good Luck!

Moved furniture at work. Then ended up moving a friend in the evening. I was so tired. I worked with my husband all day and the exercise entry here said that I burned that many calories. I know I worked for 5 hours moving and sweating profusely but not sure if it was 3,000! If I did, I think I am switching careers! LOL…

Had a reduction a long time ago. It was the best thing I could have ever done. Talk to friends and other to find a good doctor. I had friends that were nurses at our local hospital. They were able to recommend the best doctor in town. Everything was covered under my insurance. Good Luck! You will feel so much better!
