This is exactly the way I have understood it. Everyone tells me I need to eat my excercise calories. That is the reason they give them to you. If you eat just enough and burn most of that up your body really thinks it is starving . Like they all have said you also have to look at how you feel... But plkease eat :-)

Hmm Have not tried yet so I dont know much. Wonder if the reaction to the drink could be the type of protein. I noticed there are different types of pretein drinks like whey and stuff... Good Luck

Step up the chores, use cans of food and or bottles of detergeant as weights.. give yourself extra trips. Instead of carrying one load of laundry to be put away at a time make several small trips... Keep moving...GOOD LUCK

These are some things to think about... My mini goal is 30lbs... Want to review when I get there. May go for another 30 then. I can say that even my Dr has said it is not about what some printout sheet says and that even a drop in 20ibs may be of help in my case. And just wants me a lil less far from the guidelines...…

I am just starting out so dont know much but I am currently a night time eater. love snacking... Someone told me it might help to pick a chocolate that u normally dont like. if u like milk choc then get a really strong dark choc.. if craving salt find a salty food u would not normally eat and force urself to have it...…

From what people have given me advice on I would recommend getting the DVD workout... It is much more user friendly and more intense than the WII version especially if you are already pretty fit... GL

I agree with all the sippers... The only other time is if you are taking meds. Since it is better to drink them with full glass then it is also a great wAY to get your first glass in... Good luck...

That is a great idea Hernandez... By posting on here about this it is bothering you. Quit telling yourself you cant and find a way to make it work. Also let people know about your journey. That wont stop all temptation but at least it might more people aware of it and thus maybe kinder by the way of not flaunting there…
