Sometimes I've noticed that this happens. When it does, I just leave it alone and forget about it. It eventually resyncs itself. Sometimes there's data or server issues on their side but it always does fix itself.

I've noticed I've been getting less and less calories for the same things. I used to get 100 cal for about 1,200 steps. Now I'm lucky if I get 400 cals for 10,000 steps! I haven't changed any settings and I checked to make sure they are the same as before. And it's not like I've lost significant weight in the past few…

I started to notice around 30 lbs or so lost. My bf noticed at about 20 lbs lost. Others started to notice at about 45 lbs lost. It depends on your measurements and your size and all. Give it time.

No. All the answers here are correct - water weight. It'll go away. Don't put yourself in a deficit over it.

I'd say check your settings. Either that or you haven't moved much yet so it still has you with a negative adjustment. A lot of times, I start off the day with a negative adjustment then throughout the day I get a huge adjustment in the positives.

I thought I was the only one that had vivid nightmares from Melatonin! Color me shocked that I'm not (for real).

Ah yes! Forgot about those things, I don't drink (dislike the tipsy feeling) so suggesting them doesn't come naturally to me. :)

I find exercise does nothing for my stress or anxiety levels. It does, however, help with my depression levels.

My best advice to those who feel they can't eat the calories is to drink 'em. Juice, smoothies, milk, etc. Those calories add up easily.

I can sympathize with this. I've been making my bf and I the same stuff but feeding him little snacks throughout the day. Peanut butter bars. Cheese. Chips. etc. Things like that. Not the healthiest but it has helped him gain. Also, I'll have him drink juice and milk whereas I'll drink water. Makes a difference. Now my bf…

Thirding this.

Things definitely get easier as you go along. Keep track of your NSV to be able to really see the change. I find my lifestyle has changed a lot. I can do more now than I used to be able to and it's wonderful!

I don't believe in "cheat days". You should be able to eat what you want, within your calorie allowance (or at maintenance level at least), within reason. I have take out, I make it work. I have what I want, I make it work. This is a lifestyle change. You eat as you will at maintenance so you can realistically live and…

Check your settings. Something was changed.

I can't wait :)

Usually when there's sync issues, if you just leave it alone it fixes itself once they've solved the problem on their end. If you have your MFP and UP linked, you will see positive adjustments with the extra burn calories. Don't enter exercise in MFP with the number. Leave it alone and let it do its thing.

I check their Facebook page in the comments area on the latest posts - they always have complaints there about it and you can see how recent it is.

A week is too short to tell. You fluctuate daily. Could be many things. Wait and see. But if you are working out and burning, you should be eating a bit more. If you find it's suppressing your appetite too much, why are you still taking it?
-
Eat at maintenance for a week or so, let your body rest a bit from the deficit. Then start back up the calorie deficit. That's worked for me on a number of occasions.

I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced this too. Definitely annoying since you use your hands and wrists for everything thus it's hard to let it rest up. I find it so sore as it is by the end of the day because of work but alas I miss lifting. It's my stress release. I find if I try to do it using the brace I have for…

I'm 65lbs down, 60 or so more to go. :) I'm adding a fair amount of you that wrote to feel free to add you!
-
I've lost 65lbs so far, another 60lbs or so to go :)

I had been on Effexor and Wellbutrin. Effexor was the worst decision ever. Wellbutrin I found, for me, did nothing. Nothing at all. I stopped taking it after about 8 months.

I don't think but that's because I dislike the taste and I hate the tipsy feeling. But if I did, I would log it. It's the same as lemonaide, coke, juice, etc. It has calories and should be logged. I've seen others log it before.

I want to try the tone every zone one too but I currently am having trouble with weights since I have tendinitis in my wrist :( I usually do weights on my own and have been for years but thought this video would help. Have yet to get to try it! I hope to soon. Thanks for the feedback on it :)

Nevermind - answered my own question. I see they are having server issues again they posted about it in comments on their Facebook page. Seems it'll be fixed hopefully soon enough. .................

Mine's working just fine. I'd suggest trying what editorgrrl said :)

Today it didn't log my sleep either - had to manually do it. It had a suggestion of what it was so I just used that cause I have no idea when I went to bed :/ But none the less... Don't know if I like this or not yet! :P
-
Same here. Though I don't know how accurate the sleep start and stop time is though. It told me I woke up before I did. :/ Ah well. At least it still provides information so woo hoo!

Ive been considering ditching Jawbone for Fitbit for months now... Maybe this will be the final push, hehe.
