Im having the same problem too :(

I'm on the pill and I've lost almost 100 lbs. It's not the pill.

I get about 10k steps a day and 500ish cals earned, sounds about right. Most of us arent sedentary and thats why we get an adjustment.

I don't use butter/oil/margarine with my rice and it's fine and it doesn't stick. I find it's absolutely wonderful and tastes better! But to each their own taste, right?

You need that every now and then - enjoy!

Best to get it checked out with a doctor to be safe!

Im having this issue now and i hadnt experienced it at all until 2 days ago... Which is when i updated the apps.

I had Jawbone Up2 for a year then recently switched to Fitbit Charge Hr. I get about the same from both. I didn't notice much of a difference in cals burned for same steps.

I have this issue too now, it's strange :/ I hope it's fixed soon!

I know what you mean... I feel that too. And I now have a rash and some blisters where the charger rests. It's odd. My friend who also has one says it's because I wore it a bit too tight, which I didn't think was possible since it didn't look or feel tight. Currently trying to wear it as loose as I can without it being too…

Link MapMyFitness to Up, not to MFP. MMF will send info to Up, Up sends info to MFP. :)

Walking is fantastic exercise - it's one of my main ones :)

I usually try and recommend drinking your calories if not hungry to eat them. Glass of milk does the trick. Orange juice. Adds fast! :)

Fantastic loss! :)

I've lost 80 lbs so far on BC, no problem as it hasn't hindered me yet. I can see it increasing your appetite so maybe you're not used to that and you're eating more? Also, if you haven't readjusted your MFP calorie goal since losing those 23lbs, it could be that you're not eating the same deficit you were before. Perhaps…

THIS exactly.

I despise when people do because it's always in a huge public setting and it draws so much attention to me and I HATE attention so much. I'm a very private and quiet person. It's awful to me. If I was an outgoing person and an open person, I'd probably not mind at all.

I wouldn't log food in the Jawbone app - it would be a lot easier to use the MFP app barcode scanner and water counting. MFP and Jawbone will sync together so you'll have it in Jawbone after.

If you're having trouble eating the calories, then drink them! Have a big cup of milk or orange juice. The calories will add.

I weigh sporadically whenever I feel like it. Sometimes it's a few times a week, sometimes it's daily, sometimes it's every couple of weeks. I weight in when I feel like it's a good day to. That's that.

Depends on your stats. I'm currently at 211.8 lbs and eating between 1600-1750 cals a day and losing still. But see what works for you.

Walk to the furthest water cooler for water and the furthest bathroom from your desk. It all adds up. Get off the bus home a few stops early.

I adore her videos, I have most. Try her out on youtube first then decide :)

You can use walk at home videos like Leslie Sansone and Jessica Smith. Both offer them and are on youtube for free. And it's fun!

This exactly. Yes, yes, yes!

If you're not hungry, drink the calories through milk or orange juice or something. Or peanut butter, as others have said. You can always drink the calories. Eat a minimum of 1200/day.

You can contact their customer service to see if they are still having issues or not. They would best be able to answer that for you. I haven't been having any issues with Jawbone or up recently. As for times for smart alarm and idle alert... The smart alarm lets you choose up to how far in advance you let it wake you so…

Burning calories is good - doing something vs nothing is good - eating less than what you take in is good. All together is good! Can't hurt you, that's for sure! I do Just Dance as exercise too because it's fun! Why not have fun with your workouts! They also have the sweat mode options in the game where it shows you a…

I think many of us deal with irrational fears when it comes to weight loss. I think it's great that you're talking about it, posting about it, dealing with them, and not letting them win in the end!

This is a fantastic thread to read!
