I avoid buying a lot of junk for my house. It helps me avoid munching on unhealthy things. Also if you don't mind spicy flavors you can really make the veggies even better with them. You can also create oven ""fried" meats so breaded baked chicken. This might help with your transistion.

I keep it different. If I do just one thing all the time as with food and other things in life I get bored. On my cable provider we have bideos available with different times on them. On days I don't go to the gym I do these. Another great thing is just to get outside and walk.

I have found that the darker the chocolate the more it satisfies and the less I need. I particularly like the lindt dark chocolate with almond slivers. 2 squares are 100 calories. I take it down break them off and put it away.

I usually try to do 4-6 days a week. My body and muscles need a rest at least once a week. I usually do the gym 4 days and then on the other two I try and do something at home or walk during my lunch. I have started doing yoga sometimes on my days off.

I got mine at target. I prefer the one with the button seal lid instead of the glass top. I say for brown rice just follow the rice cooker instructions. Mine has lines as to where you are supposed to put the water based on the cup they provide. My cup provided is only 3/4 a cup.

Soups are awesome things to freeze. You have to be careful with ones containing mushrooms or potatoes. Another thing that freezes great is chili. Something else I have done is taco meat and pasta sauces.
