That sums up my feelings about finding a bra with support. This year I will be purchasing mine from the same place I buy my bras online because at least they know that when you got them they need support.

I too am in the same boat. I prefer this friend much more. This friend supports me and cheers me on. FB just lets me down because there is never anything interesting and few who cheer me on like here.

I am one of those no dairy no eggs people and it is extremely hard for me too. I currently eat breakfast sausage and an english muffin with some spread on it for breakfast. I am thinking about doing a vegan scrambler next week for breakfasts. You use tofu as a substitute for eggs.

From what I have experianced of Phoenix inns they are nicer than a Super 8 but not super nice. Raw or unslated nuts will help you push the calories up without a lot of mass. They are also a great source of protein. I usually try to eat them right before or after a workout.
