i google searched and tried a few diff sites. they wont load pic or edit right it stinks lol. I just want to have 4 pics side by side. with a paragraph next to it with things like new weight the date and a few other things. lol

Well its what every doctor has ever told me 8 large glass of water . either way drinking more water keeps u more full and is good for u so either way it helps somehow and helps flush ur system. Plus i drink 8 cups of water first 6 hrs of my day i can imagine not drinking more later cause im always thirsty

I also agree with her. they say ur brain can swell and kill you if u drink to much water. It has happened but only to the people that force themselves to keep drinking as much as they can all at once to see what happens there mistake.

when it says 8 glasses a day it means glasses. no cups. most large glasses hold 2.5 cups of water. so in reality you should drink 18 cups of water a day. It sounds like alot but its very easy. I buy the 50 cent waters at walmart it holds 3 cups with sports top. drink it all on my break refill and drink threw day then…

im under the impression that heart rate is one of the biggest things to watch when burning calories. I was just saying when im hot my heart rate is always higher and gets higher faster( everyone could be diff)

Im trying to make a breakfast thats fast and filling. i dont have time to cook real bacon. I just bought it all and tried to make them today they were really good. 165 calories each barley and sugar

The kind i bought is only 120 calories per serving and not much fat or sugar in it lol. 5LBs for $35 at sam's club im told thats a great price lol I acually use it with almond milk so i consider it a snack that ends up being liek 180 calories. so i dont find it to bad

i looked up the video it talkes about eating 50% of your calories in the morning. if your going to work out make a protien shake BEFORE your workout lol. Eating all your calories with healthy food in a 8 hrs period then only drink water for the rest of the 16 hrs. Its impossible to do that when i work 9 hrs a day lol
