Damn vacation
So ive been doing good. Gym 6 days a week for about 3 weeks with a routine 3 sets 15 rep goal. Today is abs and legs day but im blah and tired and didnt go to gym. should i add it onto tommorow exercises back and bicep? means adding 45 min onto my 1 1/2 hr gym time anyways. or skip the day and not worry about it? i dont need to worry about the 48 hr rule because it still works out.
