Anyone have this problem with HRM

I have a H1 HRM i belive. ive used it for about 1 year. i replaced the batterie before when it started giving weird readings. everything worked out just fine.
Recently its been all over the place and reading 115 then 245 then 190 then 110 all in a 10 second span. normally its very accurate and steady. so i changed the battery again and no change.
Has anyone else had this problem and know whats wrong with it?

When was the last time you gently washed your chest strap? That might do it.0
