Today is abs and legs day but im blah and tired and didnt go to gym. should i add it onto tommorow exercises back and bicep? means adding 45 min onto my 1 1/2 hr gym time anyways.
or skip the day and not worry about it? i dont need to worry about the 48 hr rule because it still works out.

Many ways to handle this that will all work just as well.
Personally, I don't skip leg days. Too much benefit to leave it on the table. So I'd do full legs, full back, cut biceps short if fatigue sets in, and skip abs completely.0 -
if you feel tired then you must have needed a rest day, I would restart tomorrow with the exercise planned for today and just shuffle everything on a day0
