Today is abs and legs day but im blah and tired and didnt go to gym. should i add it onto tommorow exercises back and bicep? means adding 45 min onto my 1 1/2 hr gym time anyways.

or skip the day and not worry about it? i dont need to worry about the 48 hr rule because it still works out.

    Many ways to handle this that will all work just as well.

    Personally, I don't skip leg days. Too much benefit to leave it on the table. So I'd do full legs, full back, cut biceps short if fatigue sets in, and skip abs completely.

    if you feel tired then you must have needed a rest day, I would restart tomorrow with the exercise planned for today and just shuffle everything on a day
