Although weight loss can primarily be about what you eat.... the question posed is "how do you eat an elephant?" -- answer: "One bite at a time" -- So, how do I complete a 100 mile challenge? Answer... 3.33 miles a day! I can absolutely do that! That was the long answer.... Short answer: I'm in!!! Thanks for the challenge!

My partner and I are doing a "weigh-in" on Saturday mornings... we have a trophy that says "I Am The Big Fat Loser!" on it ... and whomever has the highest percentage of weight loss gets to keep the trophy and display it proudly on their desk! A little friendly competition helps to push us along our path... :happy:
