Walking! Yes! We often do a lot of walking there, seeing as that is what the area is known and popular for! We normally do at least one walk which is a 12 mile walk round the lake. Plus it's lovely to just wander round the town.

I'm 5"7 and I started at 191lbs at the end of March. I've been eating around 1200 cals, sometimes more, sometimes less. I bring salads made with interesting veggies (radishes, peppers, mushrooms, carrot) and fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries). I love Zumba! I love the way you can burn so many calories without realising and it still being so fun. The music is so catchy and it's even more fun to do with my friends, there's now a little gang of us who go!

I'm on 1200 cals and I find that some days are easier than others, due to hormones etc. Also if I'm not feeling too great, like the past few days, I lose my appetite, I've only been eating around 800 unfortunately (Not healthy at all!).
