Does tea count?
Can I count teas towards my water goal? Drinking teas is so much nicer in winter than drinking pure water! (I'm talking about tea with nothing but water - no milk, sugar, syrup etc.)

Confused about tody's weight
I've been having the healthiest two weeks of my life but I haven't experienced many results, apart from visual changes. Last Monday I was 177.8lbs, yesterday I was 177lbs and today I'm 175.8lbs...is it possible that my effort has suddenly paid off?!
