Mid May Madness!

Hi
Right now, my goal is to lose around 10-15 lbs by mid May. I've got a lot going on round then: a ball on the 9th, going to the Ritz for my grandma's 80th birthday and exams starting from the 14th so I want to be looking and feeling great (exercise and feeling confident in my appearance helps my mentality during exams) Plus feeling good about my weight by May will stop me from having a mad panic about summer haha
I'm currently 174lbs, with my starting weight being 191lbs, around two years ago, with my lowest weight being 170lbs last March. Since then, I've yoyo-ed between 170 and 180 so I really want to get under 170 and break that!
I try to eat as healthy as possible but I don't let myself get down if I slip up. If I go out with friends and pig out a bit then I'll just make sure that I up the exercise for the next week! I do at least 2hours of ballet a week and I also do cardio and Blogilates videos on YouTube. I've been a bit of an exercise-phobe until recently but I'm really starting to get into it recently!
As well as wanting to lose weight, I want to tone up, hence the recent commitment to exercise. My main areas, like other ladies, are my legs, stomach and MY ARMS. I would love to be able to wear some sleeveless dresses with confidence soon!
So, my question is: WHO WANTS TO JOIN ME???
I'd love a group to support and encourage each other and to help answer any questions and share advice!
Sophie xx

Hey Sophie! My current goal is to lose 10lbs (would love it to be more, but I don't think it's attainable for me) by May 15th (going to Mexico!) and my birthday is May 6th... so I'm with ya! I'm upping my protein intake and watching my carbs, sodium and sugar. I also aim to work out 5 days/week.... I either do strength training videos at home, jog outside, or cardio at the gym.0

Ooh, I'm envious of your trip to Mexico! Carbs and sugar are things I'm watching too...It's soo hard, especially when I have a massive sweet tooth! Please share some of the videos you do, I'd love to try some new ones0
