I know they have a lot of sodium but I like smart ones a lot. I usually eat those everyday for lunch so that I know exactly how many calories. For dinner I cook a healthy meal.

I've been slipping too zara. I have still been staying under my calories but I haven't worked out since Monday! I have noticed my energy has dropped so much since I haven't worked out so I am definitely going to try to get back on that today!

Yeah I use my home scale everyday. Even if the actual weight is a little off it doesn't really matter because if it decreases from the starting number you're still losing!

I think I went over my calories. I forgot my tuna to go so I went to the coffee shop on campus and all they had were sandwiches. I got a Whole Wheat Bagel with roast beef, two slices of swiss cheese, and au jus. I had 595 cal left for the day. Do you think I went over?

Be careful about covering up too much. Sometimes when trying to find a covered bathing suit it shortens your torso and you end up looking bigger. What should I be doing? I don't really want to be muscular. Just tight yet delicate looking. Right now all I'm doing is about 1 hour of cardio and then sauna when I go to the gym. Any suggestions?

Anyone want to do a weekly weigh in group? When I was doing weight watchers it helped that I had to face someone and weigh in every week. Maybe it would help to post our weights every week?

Hi I'm Loren. I'm 21 years old and this morning I weighed 153 lbs. I'm only 5'5 so right now I am 3 lbs overweight. I'm hoping to get on the lower half of my weight range and lose 23 lbs. Hopefully I can do this by July for my husband's work convention in Florida.
