how bad is eating late?
Should you still refrain from eating if you have calories left for the day? I just got back from the gym and had about 100 of my original 1200 cal left and burned 250 at the gym. How bad would it be if I ate some tuna and crackers?

So I am in week one and I really want to do another day today even though it's supposed to be a rest day. I just don't feel like it will hurt me that much since I am going such a short distance. I know rest days are important, but does it really matter that much if you're just doing 1.5 mi?

What would a jog be on the treadmill?
I have recently started couch to 5K training and am determined to become a runner. You know how you're supposed to jog 60 and walk 90 in week one... What would be a good mph at 0% incline? Yesterday I did 3.5-4 mph walking and 6.0 for the 60 sec jog. Any input?

Marathon runners advice?
So I'm obviously not the most fit person, but for some reason I really want to try to run a half marathon in February. Any thoughts? I also wanted to ask experienced runners... When I was a child I use to have asthma pretty bad. I don't have any problems with it now unless I have bronchitis. Will I be ok?

Any other 20 something year olds? I think it would be good to get a support group of younger, especially college aged kids with the same type of lifestyle and such for support and motivation.

Weekly Weigh-Ins?
Anyone want to do a weekly weigh in group? When I was doing weight watchers it helped that I had to face someone and weigh in every week. Maybe it would help to post our weights every week?

What should I be doing? I don't really want to be muscular. Just tight yet delicate looking. Right now all I'm doing is about 1 hour of cardio and then sauna when I go to the gym. Any suggestions?

Hi I'm Loren. I'm 21 years old and this morning I weighed 153 lbs. I'm only 5'5 so right now I am 3 lbs overweight. I'm hoping to get on the lower half of my weight range and lose 23 lbs. Hopefully I can do this by July for my husband's work convention in Florida.
