High Protein/Low Calorie

My personal trainer has me on a 1200 cal diet eating 100g of protein and 25g of fiber a day. Fish and tuna and chicken are getting OLD. Any suggestions on what to eat or how to cook it?

  • go with some lean beef it is a staple for a high protein diet
    shell fish like shrimp (though a bit higher in cholesterol) is a good way to mix it up. High protein does not need to get boring.
