Couch to 5K Question

SO my schedule has been extremely hectic between school and work and life in general. I haven't been able to stay on set running days. I started week 1 on Wednesday. I ran Wednesday, Friday, Monday. I intended on starting week 2 on Wednesday, but instead started Thursday and haven't ran since. I'm going to run today and tomorrow to make up for it and start week 3 on Thursday. Does that soung like a good plan or do ya'll have any other suggestions?

3 days a week is good with the extra day off - day 7. Doesn't matter what cycle you use but its a great start! M-W-F or T-Th-Sat . Looks like you like the weekends off so M-W-F would be best. On the off days to rest your legs, do some upper body workouts. Keep it up! :flowerforyou:0

I don't have set days but I just be sure I have rest days in between until my body strength and endurance gets up to where I can rest less frequently.0
