Spring Break :(

Spring break is only 2 months away and I don't really don't think I'll be able to look the way I want in that short time. :(
It's stressing me out so bad! I am in my last year in college, recently divorced, and I was looking forward to a spring break where I feel good about being in a bathing suit! I know that most everyone on here does not agree with unhealthy weight loss, but is there any diet pills anyone suggests?

    You have two months to lose 15 lbs? That is a lot! You will be able to do it :) If you take diet pills to lose more weight then when you stop taking them you're just going to end up gaining more. Just keep eating right and moving and you're bound to get into better shape!

    That's about 2lbs per week. So, my suggestion is to set your goals on MFP at 2lbs per week. Then, drink ALL your water, EVERY day. Watch your sodium. EVERYTHING contains sodium, but in general the processing something goes through, the less sodium. Also, set up a work out regime and stick with it. My husband started couch to 5k and lost quite a bit of weight with it (typically the weight loss only works if you're not a runner:happy: ) Be sure you're changing up your work out. Don't do the same thing everyday. Alternate cardio one day, strength the next, work different muscle groups each time. Even if this does NOT result in the desired weight loss, it WILL result in inches lost. And inches are ultimately what make looking better in a swimsuit possible!:bigsmile: You are doing good so far. Step it up a notch and know that you're doing it the right way!

    Move Move Move, if you don't quite get to the 15lbs, its o.k, better to have the muscle.
    Work some weights into your training, you can do it! Agree, put the 2 lb weight loss goal per week into your plan.

    You probably can't lose that much, you don't have much more to lose. You know that. And you know diet pills aren't for you. So instead of searching for diet pills, just hit the gym 5-6 days a week (cardio AND WEIGHT TRAINING DON'T FORGET WEIGHT trAINING), eat well and get back on the wagon instantly if you fall, and by the time Spring Break runs around, you won't look in top shape, but you'll look damn good and chances are your self-confidence will be more than enough to rock that bathing suit.

    You'll also continue your good changes and be even happier during the summer.

    Stop looking for the easy way out and get crackin' on being healthy!
