My PT told me to get a diuretic if i was going to be eating a lot of frozen dinners. Is diurex a good one? Any suggestions?

They work well for water weight gain but be careful. Some of the diurex products have caffeine in them and can give you the jitters. They do make caffeine free ones but I find just drinking plenty of water has the same effect.0

i gained 3 lbs of water weight over Christmas. I tried that. It didnt help. the only thing that did was lots and lots of water and fresh veggies/fruit. Do you not have time to cook every night? maybe try cooking on a day you have time too, and freezing meals yourself. Way less sodium and no chemicals. I do that alot. I homeschool 3 kids and find that sometimes I run out of time by the end of the day so meals that Ive frozen in advance are great!0

I use it and I think it works pretty well. Especially if I have something coming up where I need to not carry so much bloating.0
