Workout routine?

What should I be doing? I don't really want to be muscular. Just tight yet delicate looking. Right now all I'm doing is about 1 hour of cardio and then sauna when I go to the gym.

Any suggestions?

    Lighter weights more reps will tone you

    Running is great for creating that lean and kind of delicate look. Especially if you have that kind of frame to begin with.

    I also agree with the lighter weights and more reps. But remember too that it takes a LOT of effort for a girl to get bulky from lifting weights. And by effort I mean excessive amounts of protein and maybe a little steroids. So don't shy away from the weights. Trust me on this one. I lift twice a week and I'm starting to look more like a dancer than a body builder.

    Exercise bands and yoga will give you that lithe look.
