So I started Couch 2 5K and I only made it two weeks before I stopped. I haven't done anything in 2 weeks due to summer school and finals. Should I pick up where I left off? start week 2 over? or start over completely?

I would start where you left off and then if you have trouble, go back to the beginning.0

I would say go back where you left off,if any problems then go back to beginning.When I did that program I had to repeat week 2 twice because I was having problems with week 3.Now I can run 3 miles in 42:20.I know its still slow but I am still bigger and have 80 lbs more to loose.:flowerforyou:0

Just keep going, pick up where you left off and keep going.:glasses:0

Repeat the last workout you did - if it's too hard, go back a week but I bet you can do it - just be sure you warm up and stretch after.0
