Not eating breakfast and then eating out for lunch and dinner...and after dinner would be a second dinner. Not only that but I would eat excessive amounts of food!

I currently use weight watchers and myfitness pal. I love the point system but I use myfitnesspal to calculate everything I eat including veggies and fruits to make sure I'm not consuming tons of calories because on weight watchers veggies and fruits are zero points but I'm thinking that I am going to start using the quick…

So true. I use this feature a good bit, 99% of the time when I am in a hurry or when I feel like I ate a portion more than I should of I just add in some calories just to be on the safe side.

It's just an electric one. I think I'm going to go back to the speed I first started out with, but it kind of bums me out reducing the speed. I guess it's better to be safe than sorry though because I might end up hurting myself.

Maybe I should slow the speed down. I'm just getting back into exercising and maybe I should stop pushing myself so hard to go at a fast pace.

I have the same problem. When me and my fiance first got together he was at a good weight and then over the years he put on a good bit. He doesn't eat healthy at all, I can never get him to eat anything I do. Now his stomach is getting bigger and I've tried to tell him about it but he doesn't listen to me. Everytime I ask…

I can only imagine how many calories I consumed before I joined MFP...probably close to 3000...and I was still hungry!!! So weird. Thank god for MFP.

If I eat a hamburger I start from the bottom and work my way up..layer by layer. I eat the outside layer of a candy bar first then I eat the middle. If I eat spaghetti I have to have grape jelly in it.
