glad you are feeling better. wish I could find a holistic doc near me to help me manage my celiac and leaky gut. it seems like alcohol makes me not tolerate dairy. How many more foods do I have to give up? ugh....lol could be worse right?

I track my food MFP And sync with my Fitbit. For example MFP suggests I eat 1200 Cal per day due to my settings. My Fitbit estimates 1700 calories today. welcome back. I too have restarted using MFP. I am determined to eat cleaner this year and get back to the gym. I dont know why I ever stopped. It's good to have company. :flowerforyou:

Sounds like you have had a tough time of it. I have celiac and have been GF for about 4 years now. I do occasionally get tingling sensations you describe but I was told by a doctor ( who also has celiac herself) that it can be from a vitamin B deficiency. I do find that when I take my supplements the tingling goes away.…

dont worry. You are doing the right thing. Just stay in your routine of working out and eventually your body will take shape..... Keep up the good work!! Remember, muscle weighs more than fat!! So when the scale starts to taper off or not move, remember all the muscle you built.
