I work at a grocery store where we have a few very popular kale salads. Our most popular is kale with pine nuts and cranberries topped with a little olive oil and lemon juice.

My favorite way to eat it is to steam it, sprinkle a little sea salt, half a serving of i cant belive its not butter and just a pinch of shredded cheese. It makes a great snack.

i always keep frozen broccoli on hand. When im looking for a salty cheesy snack i just boil some broccoli, put a half a serving of i cant believe its not butter and a pinch or two of cheese and it satisfies my cravings with only 125 calories

I used to play on bronzebeard horde and frostwolf alliance for years but now I play horde side on dreadmaul. MY work made it difficult to raid on the US servers so I had to transfer to an aussie one.

I've gotten a little bored of wow for the moment. Still have my account active but I haven't been to a raid in weeks! I've had enough of farming dragon soul for this expansion, kind of lost its fun after my guild got all the heroic modes on farm. Now I just cant wait for the new xpac.

When i need a savory snack i get one serving of corn and a tiny bit of kosher salt and margarine. Kosher salt has 110 mg less of sodium per serving than regular salt. The corn also has fiber and other nutrients that help with digestion. All for about 100-130 calories depending on how much margarine you add. :)

i usually put on about 5 pounds the week before that time of the month, i think now that im watching my we9ght ill not weigh myself that week so i dont get discouraged haha!

jello pudding! i get the double chocolate kind, its sugar free and only 60 calories. always fills my sweet tooth! i've also been getting the fiber one brownies. They taste like normal brownies with chocolate chips and everything but are only 90 calories and have 5 grams of fiber.

have you ever tried lake miramar? there is a paved road all the way around it for running/walking/biking/ect., if you have a dog you can walk it there too. I think it is 5 miles total. I've always loved going there.
