Freakin delicious! I also use everything but the chicken and barbecue sauce to make poppers. Simply spoon the cheese mix into the jalepeno, and wrap with bacon rubbed in brown sugar. Bake until the bacon is crispy. Enjoy :)

What you get to look at...is not what we get to look at. It's not a fear of nakedness...it's looking at our future that creeps us out lol. The day I find myself thinking it's for some reason a good idea to stand there in the gym chatting with my silverback buddy butt naked is the day I need put out to pasture.

Thanks, your statement in bold just perfectly proved my point. Everybody IS different, and the meal timing has nothing to do with it. Your initial statements certainly didn't imply that any other way than your own could be effective. And as for being drained of nutrients...that wouldn't be the fault of meal timing either…

Why should she do that, out of curiousity? My first meal is usually around 1:30pm. Sometimes as early as 11am, sometimes as late as 4-5pm. Exactly. You're probably going to get a lot of fanatic replies about simple carbs (versus complex carbs...i.e. as you put it, 'low carb carbs' lol) spiking blood sugar and insulin and promoting fat production...and this is scientifically true. But if you're keeping under your calories, the net result will still be a loss.

Yep. On both counts. I suggest searching Mark Rippetoe on Youtube. Or better yet, finding his DvD package. You won't find better form instruction in my experience, even from the majority of hands on personal trainers out there.

I think her deadlift numbers are low for the rest of her numbers as well...but I didn't comment because it wasn't the main topic. Holding 60lbs up over your head, when you can't deadlift 80lbs...doesn't seem logical. Maybe it's a typo?
