my dietrician told me that you should divide your daily calorie intake by the following procentages breakfast 25 - 30 % snack 5 - 10 % lunch 25 - 30 % snack 5 - 10 % dinner 25 - 30 % snack 5 - 10 % hope this helps. (: disclaimer, this is what my dietrician told me personally, don't sue me. ;-)

i eat breakfast no later than an hour after i'm up. i'm not a huge breakie eater either so i have a toast & a glass of milk. (:

my dietrician told me that because i'm losing weight but want to keep my muscle mass at the same time, it's important to get A LOT of protein so i take it as a good sign when i go over my protein level which is every single day! disclaimer, don't sue me .. this is just what my dietrician told me personally. ;-)

well i hear that unless you're moving your butt everyday for atleast 45 mins .. you're gonna end up with all kinds of less desirable things but it doesn't have to be running .. god knows i only run when i'm chased! ;D

i try to burn between 400 - 500 cals ... but i'm also just starting out .. & we gotta learn how to walk before we run right? ;D

i'm not sure what the BL program is but i have "just dance 2" for my wii & it has a "just sweat" program that i use everyday .. it's a lot of fun & helps me burn off a good amount of calories plus it records my dance progress every day .. super nice!

i usually stay under my 2500 mg but not a lot seeing as there's just so much in bread, it's insane! i try my very best though & on days where i've had a lot of veggies & less bread, it's usually a lot under but sodium's a b****! excuse my french. ;-)
