I will sometimes log a full drink & not drink the entire thing that day. That way I can enjoy the rest the next day "calorie free". (:

If you're drinking soda, how about going for the diet version? Also you shouldn't feel guilty although I know what you mean. However you could order a diet soda & an appetizer instead of an entrée.

@Kimegatron aww I shall try not to but it's hard, especially when you read those "worst experience during a flight" tales & they involve someone being completely appalled by having to sit next to an obese person. However I don't have a flight scheduled till November, so should hopefully not have to worry about the seatbelt…

I can't wait for the day I don't have to be super anxious that the seatbelt on a plane won't fit me or when I won't feel self-conscious because I'm the fattest person on the plane & someone has the unfortunate luck of sitting next to me.

I see you've set your calorie limit to 1200. Perhaps you should set your goal to 1/2 pound a week so you'll have more calories to play around with, especially if you keep going over. I'd suggest you don't eat any exercise calories then, because walking around is just a part of your every day life. You did open your diary & it looks like you have a lot of half logged day? from my experience bananas freeze super well. i haven't tried to freeze cucumbers either, however i can't imagine they freeze well either. i freeze all sorts of things though. berries, pineapple, melons & different types of greens.
