i gave up soda like two months ago & it's amazing how much more water i drink now. i gave it up cold turkey & didn't have any issue at all with it even though i used to drink it everyday. whenever i'm like .. hmm i could do with a nice cold glass of coke .. i just think about my teeth & suddenly it's not so attractive…
