I am 5'4 and 130 lbs. it just depends on the brand. I have to wear an 8 because I have wide hips and most 6's are waaay too tight around the hip/leg area. So i'll wear an 8 with a belt.

maybe because you are gaining more muscle? and also if you are doing all this training but not eating the amount that you should be eating you will gain weight because your body is holding onto everything it can to nourish itself and these new muscles you are building. right, I explained that in my post. I know they are insignificant calorie wise, but I would like to log them anyway as a means of keeping track of what days/how long I have done them.

I do it whenever I get the chance. I am a stay at home mom with two kids who is NOT a morning person. lol. so its usually at night after they go to bed, or in the afternoon while my youngest is napping and my oldest is at school.

Baked goods. brownies, cookies, cakes, pies. OH and pasta. me and macaroni and cheese were made for each other. mashed potatoes love me too. especially when they have gobs of butter and sour cream.

I always run against traffic. i've had people come within 3 feet of my body and lay on their horn as they are passing. Whatever. If they want to live a negative life, thats their problem.

Level 1 hurt my knees as well. turned out it was because of the shoes I was wearing. Let them heal, check your shoes, and get back with it if you can. It is tough, but so worth it in the end.
