have you been washing off after exercise? the extra sweat could clog your pores. I was having the same problem, then I got more adamant about washing up immediately following my exercise. At least wipe my face with a wet cloth. good luck. :smile:

I am not. I did try doing 30DS (I have completed it before), but I found that to be too much on my legs. I guess I need a good upper body workout like you said. Any suggestions?

I hear that. i'll take my natural Bs and no back problems. Its also easier to shop for cute bras. I think real boobs look a lot better than fake ones anyway. Most of the men I have talked to seem to agree.

Level 2 was my favorite out of all the levels. Level 1 had too many jumping jacks for me (bad for my knees) and Level 3 was just freakin HARD. lol.

I hear you. I am 5'4 and my goal is 128. I have been there before, and I was happy there. That is exactly right in the middle of the "Healthy" area on the BMI scale. As long as you get there the healthy way, and continue to maintain in a healthy manner, why does it matter to anyone else? makes no sense to me.
