I weigh in once a week... every friday immediately after I wake up and use the restroom.

Pick up some hobbies. I took to painting, blogging, and scrapbooking. If you have a car, you could also try to look for some mommy's groups in your city. (not an option for me, since my husband has the car during the day).

Level 2 is the only one that puts me in physical pain during the workout. Levels 1 and 3 are not as bad as Level 2, in my opinion. KEEP PUSHING THROUGH! If you keep doing it like you are supposed to, it will get easier by Days 5-7. .

mine is usually on track, but I always step on and off the scale 5 times, then use the number it gives me most. sometimes it gives me two different numbers, but most of the time its pretty consistent. So, I feel your pain.

i just do it when I can. sometimes that means as soon as I wake up, sometimes that means after lunch while my son has his nap, and sometimes that means at 9:00pm when the kids are in bed and I finally have time to myself.

We had a family shoot done to help out a friend who needed to build up her photography portfolio. In EVERY SINGLE picture I had muffin top and my face was beginning to get noticeably chubby. (double chin in most photos). it motivated me to get my butt in gear.

I've has a c/s and it definitely messes with the muscles down there. It never hurts for longer than 5 minutes after the exercise, though and is usually gone by Cool Down time. I would ask your doctor about it though, just to be safe. You dont want to be continuously hurting yourself.

I am on my last day of Level 2. I remember Level 1 though... it was ROUGH. But about day 5 or 6 you start to really feel your strength building and it gets easier. ... then you start Level 2 and do it all over again. LOL. Good thing is, Level 2 only has jumping jacks in the warm up. :wink:
