Of your worried that calorie counting could trigger you then I'd avoid it. Maybe just try to focus on portion sizes and meeting your exchanges. Talk to your therapist or psychiatrist.

I agree with above. It's never just 5 more pounds, it keeps going. It's a very slippery and dangerous slope. I think 105 is as low as you should go honestly. If you keep going you'll be to weak to dance.

I have one, it's like my daily mission now to make sure I walk everywhere! My highest step count is 15,000 so I'm always trying to beat it. Good motivation.

Little Debbie cakes and Fanta at the same time. IDK how I'm not diabetic. I'm not talking 1 oatmeal cookie and a fanta I mean it was 4 for $1 so 2 Fudge rounds, 2 Oatmeal cookies and Fanta. LOL Fast Food, Soda, Soda and more soda.
