I bake chicken nuggets all the time for my family. I just cut the chicken into strips or nuggets, dip the pieces in egg beaters, then dip in Italian breadcrumbs. Im am the EXACT same way! When I study, even when I'm not at all hungry I just have to snack, I guess my hands just get bored. Now I drink hot herbal tea. That has been the ticket for me. There are all sorts of fun flavors out there and theyre 0 calories! Otherwise I eat sliced fresh fruit, sometimes frozen.

Try http://fatsecret.com and click on the recipes link. This site is amazing! I get all of my recipes here. Its full of easy, quick recipes that don't have a ton of ingredients. I get poked fun at all the time for counting calories! I'm a snacker so if I don't count everything I eat I could easily exceed my goal by 500 calories or more! I just let it roll off my shoulders. Its worked for me so Ill continue to count everything I put in my mouth. In fact, I feel sorry for people who don't!
