  • Ok, ok. I can commit to this. I won't do seconds :( I actually rarely do seconds these days anyway. I'll definitely do the exercising, too. Happy Thanking gobble gobble!
  • I don't know if I'm going to be able to finish this challenge. It's freaking raining here. WTH, I live in the desert. It's not supposed to rain until December! Hopefully I'll find a break in the weather tomorrow & Sunday mornings and try to bust out 5 or 6 miles each day!
  • 3 on Monday, 2.5 today, going for 5 tomorrow! I haven't ran that far since my race last month, so this will be interesting :)
  • I'M IN! :) I need to get my bootie back to running!
  • So far, so good. It was a little difficult yesterday to get in the veggies and fruits yesterday since I was at a company bbq, but I managed to sneak them in. And I played volleyball, tug of war, and participated in a sack race relay. That was definitely something new =)
  • I failed miserably at last weeks challenge, so I'm definitely on board for this one! This is a good week for trying something new! =)
  • I am failing miserably! I've only got an hour in between yesterday & today. I was going to do a 6 mile run after bootcamp, but of course it was leg day. I took a quick lap around the strip mall it's located in and I got a huge calf cramp. There was no way I could run. I suck this week lol!
  • That's not a small accomplishment at all. We all have to start somewhere! I have never in my life enjoyed running. But I knew it is great cardio, so I started the c25k program at the end of May or beginning of June. I signed up for a race so that I would keep my motivation. I ran a 5K race over the summer and just ran a…
  • Holy moly, 14 hours? This one will be tough because I have to work this weekend & my in-laws are visiting. And my Giants are in the playoffs lol. I'll do my best though!
  • This is why I love you!!! Thanks, girl =)
  • I love this one, but I'm going to have to sit this one out this week. My big mud run/obstacle course race is Saturday. For the next few days, I'm concentrating on my upper body & running. And I'm not working out at all on Thursday or Friday to save my energy. Lord knows I'll need it! I hope everyone kicks butt at this, and…
  • I did a 6.4 mile run today to barely finish up my 5 hours. I got in 5 hours 8 minutes and 1 second in =D
  • I'm only at 2 1/2 hours. I better get moving! But I am planning on running a full 10K on Sunday, so that'll get me lots of minutes!
  • You know I'm in!
  • Man I did NOT want to workout today. I was out really late last night and I woke up sore, and I really, really wanted to make today a rest day. But nooooo, I had this stupid challenge I had to finish. Danielle, I was cussing your name as I was running, but now that I'm done, I'm sending you a big hug 3000 miles away for…
  • Another 4 down today, so I'm at 10.4. 3 more days for those last 9.6 miles. It's going to be tough since I have to work this weekend, but I'll get it done. Thanks for the challenge, Danielle! It couldn't have come on a better week for me!
  • Check out this website. It's give you very accurate estimates on your calories burned: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc
  • 2 yesterday, 4.4 today. Right on track!
  • This is going to be great for my 10k mud run training! I'll in :)
  • Oops, I spoke a little too soon. I did go over 200mg of sodium for the week. But I still was under on everything else & I hit the exercise calorie burn, so I'll still call that a victory! :)
  • I'm pretty excited, I actually hit my goals in this challenge. As of Friday, I didn't think I would make it. But thanks to this challenge, I did a much, much, much harder bike ride than normal today so I could hit the goal of 3500 calories burned. Prior to today, the longest bike ride I had done was 10 miles. I did 18…
  • I finally got a kick *kitten* workout in today. 923 calories burned between bootcamp and running. I haven't been able to run because of some nasty scabs on my feet that rub really bad, but today they were much better. Only 1550 more to go in 3 days for 3500. I did go over a bit on sodium one day, but so far so good!
  • Well since I'm joining today and not yesterday, I guess this is a Tuesday challenge for me. I'm all in for the challenge, but I am going to a MLB baseball game on Saturday that I know I will go over calories on (I'm a beer girl!). I have amazing seats right by 1st base, and I am going to fully enjoy myself. So I will make…
  • That is GREAT! I was able to run 3 miles nonstop just a few weeks ago, so I know exactly how you feel. Congratulations!
  • Heck yeah you should add it! Just think of all the extra leg work you get from falling down and having to pick yourself back up =)
  • What an *kitten*!!! I hate people like that. Unfortunately, there will always be a few of those people around. Sounds like you handled yourself nicely & acted nothing remotely like a *****. Good job!
  • That is an amazing transformation! Congratulations!
  • I weigh once a week unless I have gained weight. Then I'll weigh again in a couple of days to make sure the number on the scale is going down and not continuing to go up. Anything more and I become way too obsessive about it!
  • Wow! That's pretty dang amazing! Congratulations!
