High school I weighed 105 lbs, after getting married and having two kids I weighed 118 lbs now my cw is 212, my highest weight was 225, I was 220 when I joined mfp, and my goal weight is anything under 175, but I'd love to get down to 115-120...

I'm not a doctor, and I'm pretty new here. But I was told to aim to eat three meals a day and three snacks a day, to not eat when hungry (except maybe a babybell cheese or small low fat high protein yogurt, then eat 15-20 mins after), to start with proteins, and never skip meals. ...not sure if that's helpful, but its all…
