Hi, my name is Brian. I'm a correctional officer trying to lose 20 lbs by the end of February. I wanted to know how to pattern my eating habits to fit my lifestyle since I work during the night from 9pm to 6am. I usually wake up between 12 and 2 pm and eat during the day until I go to work. At work, I usually drink water. I was wondering should I eat more at night and no so much during the day. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

  • I'm not a doctor, and I'm pretty new here.
But I was told to aim to eat three meals a day and three snacks a day, to not eat when hungry (except maybe a babybell cheese or small low fat high protein yogurt, then eat 15-20 mins after), to start with proteins, and never skip meals.
...not sure if that's helpful, but its all I've got lol.

What matters most is the total calories you eat during the day. Are you logging your food? Feel free to add me.
