Hi, my name is Brian. I'm a correctional officer trying to lose 20 lbs by the end of February. I wanted to know how to pattern my eating habits to fit my lifestyle since I work during the night from 9pm to 6am. I usually wake up between 12 and 2 pm and eat during the day until I go to work. At work, I usually drink water. I was wondering should I eat more at night and no so much during the day. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

I'm not a doctor, and I'm pretty new here.
But I was told to aim to eat three meals a day and three snacks a day, to not eat when hungry (except maybe a babybell cheese or small low fat high protein yogurt, then eat 15-20 mins after), to start with proteins, and never skip meals.
...not sure if that's helpful, but its all I've got lol.0 -
What matters most is the total calories you eat during the day. Are you logging your food? Feel free to add me.0
