Um... I mean ideally both. I shouldn't be punished step-wise because my form of cardio isn't running or something. Each revolution of the wheel should count as a step, like the UP24 used to count it.

Thanks!! Yeah, I did look into that actually, but I couldn't really find the right type of group. Most of them have age restrictions... Or are for people who are athletic superstars, which I am not... yet. Haha. :smile:

@SuzanNYK I totally understand!! I work 12-14 hour days with very little time on the weekend. You can do it!! Honestly, it just takes your commitment. Bring lunch to work! Wake walks when you can! Every little bit helps.
