Ditto! I notice I like to eat more at night. Not because I'm hungry, but because I get bored. So I'd much rather work out, eat dinner while I veg out in front of the tv for an hour and then hit the sack. I don't do INTENSE workouts each time I work out. I like to push myself, but mainly I just like to keep my body moving.

Bikram yoga is great! It's a lot harder than most people think. The heat can definitely drive you crazy, but once you're done and you walk out of that room, you feel amazing. AND you'll probably sleep better than you have in a long time. My boyfriend actually lost a lot of weight doing Bikram Yoga a few years ago.

I just bought the sour cream and onion version! I haven't tried them yet, but when compared to snacks like Wheat Thins, the nutritional and overall value in general is better!

I've had a gym membership for years and years, but I could literally count on my two hands how many times I went each year... :( I started going to the gym and doing lots of cardio!
