WOW! You look awesome! I totally fell off the wagon and I'm trying to get re-motivated. I lost 30 lbs, but then gained about half of it back. I don't want to let myself get back up to my original starting weight again.

Well, I have a gym at my office so I usually work out there. Otherwise, if your building has stairs, you can walk or run up and down the flights of stairs! That's an AMAZING workout that burns serious calories! Also, you could just go for a walk. A little activity can go a long way!

Trader Joe's has a wide variety of amazing quick frozen meals with low calories and many are made from organic ingredients. Michelob Ultra (96 calories), Bacardi and Diet Coke (60 calories), Budweiser Select (50 Calories)... Smirnoff also has a 0 calorie vodka. I haven't tried it and I don't know if many places carry it, but it's worth a shot!

My stats since 07/24/11... SW: 171 CW: 154 (3 lbs lost! YAY!) GW: 115 I've got 2.5 lbs left to lose to make my 10 lbs lost for July! Seems like a long shot, but let's see what happens! W1 (7/1/11): 161.5 W2 (7/9/11): 158 W3 (7/16/11): 157 W4 (7/24/11): 154 Target Weight by July 31st: 151.5

I am 5'2.5" and my goal weight is 115. It seems a little low, but that's when I was most comfortable with my weight, so maybe when I hit 120/125 I'll be happy. We'll see! :)
