If it fits your macros: does not require much planning or thought aside from making sure the foods you eat are within the daily macros you are trying to hit. You could eat chicken and spinach or fruit loops and fried chicken. It's up to you.

I put it in my coffee, sucralose is in the protein powder I use, the Kool aid water enhancer I drink. It does not bother me, or hinder my weight. Aspartame however gives me headaches sometimes.

I would use canola oil over olive oil. Olive oil has a very low smoking point, which makes it burn quite easily. Canola oil and coconut oil can stand up to greater heat.

I live in canada and everywhere they sell them them in my city have the old formula and the new formula, and I gotta say I like the new formula better texture wise, and not as waxy.

Well most protein bars will have artificial sweeteners unless you make them yourself.

Besides quest, I like pure protein chocolate peanut butter.

Protein powder, the only ones I've found that make thick oats too my liking are quest protein powders, and progressive or Prarie naturals brown rice protein powder. And always top it with a Tablespoon of peanut or almond butter.

Chop up a s'mores quest bar into about 20- 25 little pieces, put on some parchment paper on a pan bake at 350 for about 7 mins. toss on top of some greek yogurt. So filling and so good I'm telling you.

Do u have access, to a microwave if so instant oats are filling and cheap, mix in some protein and peanut butter, canned tuna is cheap aswell.

Same here ived consumed 5 tubs of the stuff and I can't justify the price anymore, so now I'm using cellucor which is about 20 dollars cheaper.

my go to's are spiced rum diet coke, Michelob ultra, bud select 99, busch light. any liquor with sugar free mixer.

Me personally I use protein powder to hit my macros, but satiety wise whey does nothing for me, whereas Casein keeps me full for hours.
