So far on the met I'm sleepy and nauseous all the time, but nothing's too severe. If this keeps up I might ask about the Met ER version, though. The only time I've had severe cramping when was I ate out - aubergine stuffed with caponata and green beans (no idea why this meal was an issue!).

I love the idea too! My local health food store should sell nori sheets - I shall have to investigate! Another idea for a low carb breakfast: plain greek yoghurt with nuts or gluten-free muesli. It's quick and easy.

Thanks guys! Following your advice, I've decided to start by simply lowering my carbs - i.e. focusing on one macro. :) I've never been under 110grams yet, so this should be a good experiment! Cauliflower pizza bases here I come...

Monday is way too long for a fix!! :( Although with my fitbit 10,000 steps is usually 400-500 calories worth of burn. Hope that helps folks!

Yes it will get easier, but like @GuitarGirl99 says, fill up on veggies. The fibre they contain will slow your digestion and keep you fuller for longer. They're also full of good stuff!
