My average weekly step count is now more than double what it used to be!

I want to be able to shave my legs in 2 minutes flat… I miss being able to do that… Of course, then I’ll have trouble shaving my armpits, but I can cope with that!

I certainly don’t eat enough fish, but yoghurt and cheese are staples for me, as are legumes.

Okay, so a small amount of muscle weighs more than a similar amount of fat - you could easily be losing inches, instead of pounds, if you're lifting weights. Very cool progress pic honey!

I lost abou 80lbs before being diagnosed. I did sticking closely to 1200 calories per day and through exercise (a walk everyday). I tried to limit myself to 3 meals and an evening snack. So don't put cake or pop tarts in your kitchen. AVOID AVOID AVOID. It's okay if lots of healthy foods upset your stomach - just eat within your calories. Fresh fruit be damned. Get the weight off first, as that ends so many health problems, then fix your diet. Good luck honey, you can do this, one day at a time!

Don't be dehydrated (drink plenty of water) and take a multivitamin each morning.
