What it means is you need to net 1200 calories a day, no less. So if you only eat 1200 calories, then do 900 cals worth of exercise you would only be netting 300 calories, which isn't enough for the body to correctly function and it may cling on to the fat it has. That's the theory any way, & I'm also afraid of eating back…

How do you get the extra height on your board?

I have heard if you crave salt it means you need water ironically! Have a read of this: http://www.3fatchicks.com/what-causes-salt-cravings/

Nuts are quite good, quite high in calories though so you don't need too many.
-
Being on here though I am eating a balanced set of meals with plenty of water, so it works for me!

I have today because I was starving after swimming, kept it healthy though, instead of half a can of tuna I usually have on my jacket potato I had a full one! I don't always though eat them all back, but if you feel hungry eat, if you don't - don't! Go with what your body tells you I think.

I write it in myself, but took the measurement from circuit training, around 237 calories for 20 mins.

You'll get results for sure! But it is hard work, however because it's only a short workout it's just about bearable! I'm on day 15 now, and my scales are going down daily!

sitr fry veg with king prawns with boiled rice! Anything stir fried rather than deep fried has got to be better, avoid the sticky sauces too.
-
It get's easier and you will notice results, even if they aren't on the scale. I can pretty much promise that! I'm day 14 now, level 2 is a challenge, but got to keep at it! Good Luck!

I had it this afternoon, I really really wanted on of my kid's chocolate biscuit bars, instead I had a cracker bread with a slither of chocolate spread and peanut butter - still something sweet but much less the calories & fat and it cured my craving! So, in other words have something else similar but a just healthier…

I think normal Olive oil in cooking and the extra virgin more for salad dressings. Not sure how you'd log the cooking one though.

Depends on what your fitness level is like I guess, if you are quite fit and used to exercise you may be ok, for a beginner I'm not so sure, you could always try it & see.

I'm finding it's working for me, my scales are going down on a daily basis & I've lost an inch from my waist within a week! I'm level one day 6 now, and sticking to around 1200 calories a day unless I feel really hungry then I'll have more. However it wouldn't hurt to do more exercise with it if you feel you can, just…

Swop pasta for couscous and bread for cracker bread (only 19 cals a piece!) , that's what I did to keep my carbs down a bit. Or if you really like your breads wholemeal pitta bread or wraps are a better option.

No, I haven't before, it could be down to a number of things though, depending if you are on the contraceptive pill, breastfeeding, not long had a baby, etc. Perhaps a quick check with a nurse or doctor would be best. x

Not sure - but when I'd finished my workout this morning Nina Simone's 'Feeling Good' popped into my head randomly!
