Yeppo! Meringue nests (about 50 cals each), low fat creme fraiche (instead of cream) dolloped on and a handful of fresh berries, blueberries & strawbs go well! Either place it nicely, or smash it all up together for a sort of Eton Mess type thing! x

I've read before a bit of a spike day can be good for your metabolism, sort of giving it a shock so it doesn't get complacent! Don't know how much truth there is in it, but I still lose & have a treat day (within reason)

30 Day Shred! I dropped a dress size & felt more toned doing that last summer.

I'm the same, I do the school & playgroup run everyday, plus all the inbetween, I do my exercise at night, I'd recommend the 30 day shred dvd, it's only a 20min workout, but works wonders, you could perhaps do it in the day?
